Rev. PAUL OLIVERI has been a Minster of the LifeSpirit Church and Pastor of the Church of the Cosmic Mind since 1978.  He conducts regular religious observances, weddings, etc. and training programs, seminars and workshops for communicants and for organizations such as ATT, IBM, Hewlett Packard and Airwork.  He has conducted programs and given talks at many religious, community and management meetings, on both a national and local level, for churches, trade organizations, social, family and youth groups and is a popular speaker.

 For the past 17 years, Rev. Oliveri's ministry has specialized in demonstrating methods of increasing one’s God-given Self Image and Self Esteem, to help people acquire greater skill at both business and in personal lives. This includes techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line, cognitive thinking, communication, changing habits and attitudes and other forms of personal growth and development.

 Rev. Oliveri believes people will accomplish greater things and achieve more of their God-given potential by increasing their self image and self esteem than they will by acquiring more knowledge and skills which current levels of these characteristics will not permit.

 PAR has sponsored articles, published cassette tapes and books titled Why People Fail, Winning Through Communication, Making Your Relationships Work, Diary of a Reformed Failure and Change Your Thinking and Change Your Life. Rev. Oliveri has begun work on a new book titled Putting People Together Again; Ending the Battle of the Sexes and Happiness is a Decision of the Heart.   In addition, articles have been written about him and his work and he has been interviewed on radio and Television.

 Rev. Oliveri has been a partner in a Dale Carnegie sponsorship, training manager for Western Union and other organizations and is currently president of People Are Resources (PAR) and Presiding Minister of the Church of the Cosmic Mind.

 As a volunteer in various school systems, Rev. Oliveri has conducted programs to prevent teen suicide, drug and alcohol abuse and effect of peer pressure.

 Rev. Oliveri has a BA in Marketing and Education from Pacific Southern University, and an MA in Human Development from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has also attended many specialized courses and seminars.

 He has been a member of the National Speakers Association, The National Society of Sales Training Executives, The American Society for Training and Development, Sales and Marketing Executives International and many other religious and secular organizations.

 Rev. Oliveri is currently fulfilling his duties as Presiding Minister and also presents workshops to various religious and community organizations and groups on topics of religion, personal growth, development and motivation.
